Information
This project is an innovative remodeling construction that is transforming a large space (11,712.84㎡), the former CGV Songpa branch within Garden Five—a landmark in the southeastern area of Seoul—into Saeroun Church's worship and community center.
BAUM CM is undertaking the Construction Management (CM) for this special project, successfully executing the mission of converting a facility with the specific purpose of a movie theater into a modern religious and community facility capable of accommodating over 5,000 people.
This project is recognized as a leading case of space innovation that maximizes the value of the space and contributes to revitalizing the commercial area of the shopping mall. Through the successful completion of this project, BAUM CM once again demonstrates its unparalleled technical expertise and know-how in the field of CM for remodeling projects involving special-use changes within complex facilities.
