Weave Suites Sunyu Parkside
Information
The Weave Suite Sunyu Parkside (Co-Living) project transformed an existing hotel in central Seoul into a global-standard co-living residence through a full renovation. The development spans a total floor area of 9,317.90㎡, consisting of 3 basement levels and 15 above-ground floors. After acquiring the former Sunyu Hotel, Weave Living, a global operator, introduced a new residential model combining living, working, and community spaces, targeting younger urban generations.
BAUM CM provided Construction Management (CM) services for the project, leading the entire process by:
-Adapting global brand standards to comply with local design regulations,
-Managing efficient fit-out works through reuse of existing structural components,
-Overseeing integrated coordination of MEP and interior works,
-Executing structural reinforcement and seismic performance upgrades, and
-Ensuring comprehensive control of safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
Through these efforts, BAUM CM successfully delivered an optimized co-living environment that fully reflects Weave Living’s brand standards while aligning with Korean building codes and local conditions.
