Information
The Biotech Village is a state-of-the-art dormitory complex consisting of one basement level and twelve above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 11,378.07㎡ (approximately 3,447.9 pyeong). The facility accommodates 430 residents across 229 rooms, each averaging approximately 20㎡ (6 pyeong) and equipped with desks, beds, and ample storage space. Every room includes a private bathroom with shower, as well as air conditioning and heating systems, ensuring a comfortable living environment conducive to academic life.
To enhance security and convenience, the building features an access control system and digital door locks, eliminating the inconvenience of traditional keys. Additionally, KT’s high-speed internet infrastructure has been installed to meet the digital demands of modern students.
Beyond the residential floors, the 1st to 3rd floors are dedicated to various amenities, including a fitness center, a 360-seat cafeteria, laundry room, convenience store, and a book café, creating a self-contained and comfortable residential environment designed to support both study and everyday living.
