Information
Deoksugung D-Palace is located within Seoul’s Four-Gate urban core, a central district of administration and politics, as well as one of the most sought-after areas for investors and high-end residential developers. The project features a luxurious design inspired by the traditional aesthetics of Deoksugung Palace, showcasing refined architectural details and superior quality.
The renovation involves demolishing all elements except the main structural frame and rebuilding the interior and exterior spaces. The building consists of 7 basement levels and 18 above-ground floors. Floors 9 to 18 are planned as residential units, while floors 2 to 9 convert the existing hotel area into officetels. Basement Level 2 is designated for a swimming pool and various shared amenity facilities.
