Information
LOFT ONE Taereung Station is a 15-story building with 4 basement levels, consisting of neighborhood living facilities on the 1st and 2nd floors, 50 officetel units in five different layouts, 249 urban residential housing units, and various community amenities such as a fitness center.
BAUM CM implemented BIM (Building Information Modeling) throughout the project to enhance project efficiency. The system was used to analyze and resolve construction interferences between trades and to streamline decision-making for the client, contributing to more effective construction management and coordination.
