The Kyochon F&B Pangyo New Office Building is located in the Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley (15-3 Geumto-ro 80beon-gil, Sujeong-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Block D5-2). The building serves as the company’s main office facility, with a total floor area of approximately 14,000㎡, comprising 4 basement levels and 11 above-ground floors. Construction began in August 2021, received occupancy approval in 2023, and in April 2024, Kyochon officially inaugurated its new headquarters by proclaiming its “Sincere Management” vision. The exterior features a printed glass curtain wall combined with aluminum louvers, while the interior adopts a “green office” concept, incorporating indoor gardens and planted areas to foster communication, well-being, and creativity among employees.
BAUM CM was selected to undertake Construction Supervision (CM-type) services on the project, overseeing the entire process from groundbreaking through occupancy approval. The company assisted the client’s decision-making process and established a structured system ensuring schedule control and quality assurance. This project led to Kyochon Group’s relocation to its new headquarters and the declaration of its new corporate vision, and is regarded as a notable example of a stable and well-managed transition to a large-scale headquarters complex.
