Information
D Tower Seoul Forest is located in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, within a general commercial zone and Special Planning Zone 3 of the Ttukseom District Unit Plan Area. The building is directly connected to Seoul Forest Station on the Bundang Line, and Ttukseom Station on Subway Line 2, which circles central Seoul, is situated within 400 meters. To the west lies Seoul Forest Park, while to the north stand the Galleria Foret (45 stories)—a landmark residential complex—and the Seongdong-gu Sports Center. To the south, the building offers views of the Han River. The building is located near Gangbyeonbuk-ro and the Dongbu Expressway, providing convenient access to the Gangnam area, which can be reached within 20 minutes by car.
The building comprises 33 above-ground floors and 7 basement levels, reaching a maximum height of 157.4 meters, and is constructed with a steel-reinforced concrete and reinforced concrete structure. The 1st floor serves as a lobby and retail area, while floors 2 through 33 are used for office purposes. The 1st basement level accommodates a lounge, retail spaces, and partial parking, Basement Levels 3 to 5 are used as parking facilities, and Basement Levels 6 and 7 house mechanical, electrical, and generator rooms.
