Pfizer Tower
Information
Pfizer Tower is an office building located adjacent to Seoul’s Central Business District (CBD), providing a business environment comparable to that of the CBD core area. At the same time, it offers convenient access to major attractions such as Namdaemun Market, Myeong-dong, and Namsan, and enjoys a prime location within a two-minute walking distance of Myeong-dong Station (Subway Line 4).
Originally completed in February 1984 and extensively renovated in the mid-2000s, Pfizer Tower consists of 15 above-ground floors (including 2 rooftop levels) and 4 basement floors, reaching a maximum height of 63.2 meters. The building is constructed with a steel and reinforced concrete structure.
The facility is primarily used as an office building, with the exception of a small portion of the first basement floor, which accommodates neighborhood living facilities. A sunken garden is located to the left of the main entrance connected to Toegye-ro, and two vehicle access points to the parking area are provided on both sides of the building.
