The Yuanta Securities Building is located at 76 Eulji-ro (185 Euljiro 2-ga), Jung-gu, Seoul, within a general commercial zone and a Type 1 landscape district. Completed in September 1987, the building is a steel reinforced concrete structure consisting of 16 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels, with a total floor area of 28,024㎡ (approximately 8,477 pyeong). It was designed for office and retail use.
Situated between the Dadong business district and Euljiro, the building enjoys an excellent location, positioned midway between Euljiro 1-ga Station and Euljiro 3-ga Station on Seoul Subway Line 2.
