Yeouido Hyundai Capital Building I
Information
Located on Uisadang-daero, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, the building stands within a general commercial zone, parking improvement district, height restriction zone, and Type 1 landscape and business district. Completed in August 1992, it is a steel and reinforced concrete structure comprising 11 above-ground floors and 5 basement levels, with a total floor area of 37,203㎡ (approximately 11,254 pyeong). The facility was designed for neighborhood living, office, and exhibition uses.
The 5th basement houses mechanical and electrical rooms, while Basement Levels 2 to 5 are used for independent parking facilities. The 1st basement floor accommodates neighborhood living facilities and a cafeteria. On the 1st floor, there are commercial spaces, a main lobby, and a front desk, and floors 2 through 11 are utilized as office spaces.
