Information
Located at 23-9 Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, the building was completed on March 4, 1994. It consists of six underground levels and twenty above-ground floors, designated for office and neighborhood living facility (commercial) use within a general commercial zone.
Currently, portions of the 1st basement, 1st floor, and parts of the 20th floor are used for neighborhood living (retail and service) purposes, while the remaining upper floors are utilized as office spaces.
