Information
The Asan Inju Middle School Project involved the construction and relocation of the existing school under an agreement between the client and the Office of Education.
As the Construction Manager (CM), BAUM CM provided comprehensive management services across all phases — Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction — including design management, bidding management, cost control, quality management, and construction supervision.
Leveraging its extensive experience and expertise in construction project management, BAUM CM successfully delivered the project while meeting the high technical standards required for educational facilities. The project obtained certifications for Green Building, Energy Efficiency Rating, and Barrier-Free Design (BF), and incorporated seismic design, reflecting BAUM CM’s commitment to sustainability, safety, and performance excellence in school construction.
