Located in Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, Inje University Ilsan Paik Hospital is a comprehensive medical center with a total floor area of 74,006.73㎡, consisting of six basement levels and twelve above-ground floors, and accommodating 800 beds. BAUM CM provided CM-based Construction Supervision services for both the initial construction and the expansion project completed in 2010.
Currently, an additional expansion of approximately 1,200 pyeong (≈3,970㎡) and a partial remodeling of the existing hospital building are underway. BAUM CM has been appointed as the Construction Manager (CM) for this project and is faithfully performing its duties to ensure successful completion.
