The Incheon Seoknam Innovative Logistics Center was successfully completed in August 2023. With a vast total floor area of approximately 290,000㎡ spanning one basement and eight above-ground floors, the project has drawn attention as a secure investment with confirmed pre-lease and pre-sale agreements.

BAUM CM was urgently brought in as the Project Manager (PM) just two months before completion and played a decisive role in steering the project to success. By swiftly and systematically resolving complex on-site issues between the previous CM firm and the contractor, BAUM CM ensured that the occupancy permit was obtained on schedule. Even after an unexpected fire incident post-completion, BAUM CM immediately established a comprehensive fire recovery plan and led the restoration process with precision and control. Through seamless coordination with both the master lessee and the buyer, the team successfully finalized the handover, confirming the facility’s stable and uninterrupted operation.

This project allowed BAUM CM to build specialized expertise and technical know-how in fire recovery management for large-scale logistics facilities.
