GC Green Cross is emerging as a global leader in the healthcare industry, with its core business focused on the manufacturing and distribution of pharmaceuticals. The Green Cross Jincheon Factory Project involves the relocation and expansion of the existing dialysis solution production facilities in Yongin, establishing a state-of-the-art GMP-certified site that serves as the manufacturing hub for GC Green Cross’s domestic production.
BAUM CM has participated in this project as a Construction Management (CM)-type supervisor, taking a leading role since the early planning stage. The team carried out CM services that included reviewing design revisions and project cost adjustments in response to changes in the client’s initial development scale. The project places particular emphasis on strict quality control that satisfies validation standards, as well as adherence to schedule and cost management within budget, considering future expansion of the facility.
