Juksan Logistic Park
Information
The project is located in Jangneung-ri, Juksan-myeon, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, and is being developed as a dry storage warehouse complex intended for lease after completion. Positioned 5.1 kilometers away via Iljuk Interchange (IC), the site offers an ideal setting for logistics and distribution activities.
The development consists of two dry warehouse buildings and one security facility. Each warehouse allows direct vehicle access for loading and unloading, connected through an external ramp system extending between Basement Level 1 and the 3rd floor.
While the current design focuses on dry storage use, BAUM CM revised the generator and electrical room layout and incorporated additional conduit lines to prepare for potential future upgrades, such as conversion to cold or frozen storage and increased electrical capacity. These adjustments were made to reduce future construction costs and ensure flexibility in facility operation.
