The company currently operates a logistics center in Gimpo with a total floor area of 137,017㎡, consisting of one basement level and four above-ground floors. To enhance operational efficiency, major renovation and automation system installation works were carried out throughout the facility.
BAUM CM was appointed as the Construction Management (CM) firm, providing comprehensive project oversight and support on behalf of the client to ensure the successful execution of the renovation and system integration works.
