Information
The LogisValley Icheon Logistics Center, located in Jangam-ri, Majang-myeon, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, sits within a planned management zone and was completed in August 2020. The facility consists of one basement level and four above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 78,175㎡ (approximately 23,648 pyeong). The structure combines precast concrete (PC) and pre-engineered building (PEB) systems, ensuring both durability and construction efficiency.
The site’s main access road is Ijang-ro (10 meters wide, two lanes), located to the south, which connects to Seoicheon-ro (20 meters wide, four lanes) on the east side. This route provides direct access to the Seoicheon Interchange (IC) on the Jungbu Expressway (25 meters wide, four lanes), enabling efficient logistics and transportation in all directions.
