The Paradise J-Project is a flagship luxury hotel development by Paradise Group, currently under construction on the site of the group’s former headquarters in Jangchung-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul. The project comprises 5 basement levels and 18 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of approximately 70,000㎡, and is scheduled to open in 2028.
BAUM CM is providing Quantity Surveying (QS) services for the Paradise J-Project, ensuring the project’s successful delivery through optimized cost management and budget efficiency.
