Information
Located in Jinshan District, southwest of Shanghai, the LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort is being developed on a site covering 318,000 square meters. The resort features eight themed zones, each showcasing signature rides and attractions found in LEGOLAND parks around the world.
A key highlight of the project is the creation of the Monkey Kid Theme Zone, inspired by traditional Chinese architecture and natural landscapes, which actively incorporates local cultural elements into the park’s design.
As the third LEGOLAND Resort in China, BAUM CM is providing PMIS (Project Management Information System) services for the project. The company has already delivered Project Management (PM) and PMIS services for the LEGOLAND Shenzhen and LEGOLAND Sichuan resorts, establishing a proven track record of comprehensive project management expertise across all LEGOLAND developments in China.
