The Pangyo I-Square project, situated on Block C1 of Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley, is a major mixed-use development designed to serve as a central landmark within an emerging innovation cluster that attracts leading high-tech companies. The complex includes office, lodging, retail, cultural, plaza, and conference spaces, creating a comprehensive hub that supports diverse business and community activities.
With the completion of Block C2 and its prime position at the core of Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley, the development enjoys robust business and residential demand.
