LEGOLAND is a world-renowned theme park brand based on the globally beloved educational toy LEGO, operated directly by Merlin Entertainments, the world’s second-largest entertainment company. Since the opening of LEGOLAND Japan (Nagoya) in April 2017, the brand has expanded to eight parks across seven countries, delighting children and families worldwide.
The LEGOLAND Korea Resort project marked the first introduction of a global theme park brand in Korea, attracting nationwide attention and strong public interest, particularly
from Chuncheon City and Gangwon Province. BAUM CM successfully provided Project Management (PM) and Construction Management (CM) services, ensuring the seamless execution and successful completion of this landmark project.
